Hi, I'm Nathaniel
What started as a late-night passion for dough, pastry science, and precision technique has grown into a small home bakery running out of my apartment kitchen in Virginia. Everything is made in small, deliberate batches.
I bake under Virginia's Cottage Food Law. That means shelf-stable items only, pickup or local delivery only, and a home kitchen that is not subject to state food safety inspection.
